The John Carson Road Race has a different meaning for many Chelmsford families.
Chelmsford — For Mike Maniscalco it means a reunion with his lifelong friends John Burrows and Mark Luxemburger, who he lived with in the 1980s in Los Angeles when they worked for an L.A. based airline PEOPLExpress.
